I don't think you can see your ovaries in that frame and if you can their probably what you see on the bottom corners. They definitely wouldn't be over the baby. Not too sure what that would be but you can always ask your dr.

This was 2 weeks ago. I have another scan tomorrow so if it's still there I will update.

I had a second sac but no baby inside. They said it will over time get smaller and smaller until it disappears. A second baby didn't die, but it just never fully developed. I was conflicted but also super relieved. Twins would be INSANE!!

Honestly, that looks like a 2nd sac and baby. Obviously I am no expert but this image is just of you uterus. I would definitely call back and ask!
