Metformin and nausea
Any tips for dealing with the nausea and stomach issues that come with taking Metformin?
I was handling it really well for a while, but lately it's gotten worse, especially in the mornings.
It goes away after about an hour and drinking peppermint tea helps...but does anyone else have any suggestions? Foods to eat or avoid?
