Folic acid delay period?

Every month I have Brown, crumbly spotting. It ALWAYS starts 3 days after my FW ends. (4 the last 5 months) this month nothing and im supposed to get AF tomorrow but no signs.. No brown cm only milky white cm and today nausea. . should i wait till tomorrow to test.
