So about a month ago my bf didn't pull out all the way and now I've been gaining a couple of pounds and have had serious pain in my back and I feel I'm hungry more and it's lik 30 min after I eat o find myself hungry again been having some stomach cramp/ pains under my hood I'm to afraid to take a test can someone just tell if these could be signs of an early
