My son occasionally gets green poops like that, nothing to worry about. Black, red or white is when you need to be concerned.

Yes. Mine did this a few times a week as a newborn. Our pediatrician said as long as their is no blood not to worry.

Some people claim it's from not getting enough hindmilk but both my pediatrician and lactation consultant said that is outdated information.

Yes, that looks normal. It may mean baby isn't getting enough hind milk. Make sure baby is getting full and complete meals and don't rush baby off the breast. It will become more yellow as baby gets more of the hind milk
