does it go by fast?

Please tell me the next 20 weeks is going to go by fast. I love feeling the kicks and flutters but my body is changing in so many ways good and bad. I had to take my belly button ring out and put a flexible one in because my belly button is starting to pop out, my belly is SUPER hairy, my acne is over the wall, i'm always so tired. Don't get me wrong i love my little one so much already.
