is it possible to ovulate twice w/in 24 hours?

This may sound really weird but please hear me out. Sunday I had the worst ovulation pains on my left side. They were intense. The pains went away so I just assumed that was it. Then Monday morning I'm getting ready for work and I'm hit with intense pains again, this time on my right side. Pains lasted a couple hours then let up. Has anyone ever experienced this? The pains were within 12-20 ours apart.

Side note: I had a MC 4 weeks ago at 10 weeks! Hcg is out of my system. I'm wondering if that can cause strong ovulation and double ovulation? Also I've been taking red clover and drinking raspberry leaf tea to get my uterus back to normal. Please let me know what you think ladies.

Yes... that's how fraternal twins happen :) but you could have also felt a small follicular cyst bursting or absorbing that did not release an egg also
