My fiancé and are have been TTC for about 3 months now. In August I took my nexplanon out and my doctor advised me to let my regular cycle return before trying. I got my first period around the ending of last month for the first time after the nexplanon and I'm expecting another one here soon. We have sex on a regular basis but and I'm starting to get worried I can't conceive. Is there something I should be trying ? Is there a certain position that is  more helpful than others? Anyone out there have any advice to put my soul at ease?
