How long does pumping take to not hurt?

pumping is so painful for me. I've seen laxtation consultants and I have the right size and everything but it's just painful. Does it ever get better? I can't manage to do it every day let alone every two hours.

Depending on if you have an electric pump, you can make it so it's not pumping so hard. Are you breast feeding too? Because my nipples were so sore from breast feeding that when I pumped it hurt too. I'm 8 weeks pp and I'm pumping and feeding and it definitely isn't as bad as it used to be. It still hurts when I first start pumping then my nipples pretty much go numb lol
