Mamas who breastfeed, are you giving any iron supplements?

I have read mixed reviews, and personally i am not giving any iron supplements, or iron fortified cereals. What about you?

Nope. I was doing vitamin d then just kept forgetting and now she hasn't had them in months. Oops! 🙊

No, breastmilk has everything a baby needs! Vitamin D is meant to come from the sun. 😊

Nope, my pediatrician has never even mentioned him getting supplements. I am still on my pre natal vitamin just because that's the vitamin I happened to have and when he has to have a little bit of formula supplemented he gets a formula that does have iron in it.

I'm not giving anything special. I have an extremely healthy diet and still take my prenatal and dha pills. Baby is healthy and my pediatrician has never suggested anything other than breastmilk.👍🏻

Nope. The only supplement my daughter gets is vitamin d.
