But standing up I don't think it looks weird!

Mine was the same at 22 weeks. Weird little bump but it continues to grows up and out and gets the more normal round look as weeks go by! ☺️

That's where your uterus is... so it makes send to carry that low. I was 28 weeks with my first baby here. I'm carrying almost exactly the same with my second. I have a very long torso with lots of room for my organs to be shoved out of the way

Doesn't look weird to me, you look great. Since you don't have a lot of fat on your stomache, it looks like the rest is just sinking down so your uterus is the only thing protruding.
