please help!!!!

Hello everyone, my 15 week old has been congested for about 4 weeks now, I've had her at the doctor every week and they said it was a sinus infection. After 2 antibiotics and 1 steroid later she's still sounds stuffy and I'm getting a lot out of her nose. I use the nosefreda and it's amazing. So my question is what do you guys do to help with congested babies? Does anyone use Vicks baby rub on there feet at night? And if so how did it work out? Thanks in advance.
