I had a C section 4 days ago and my back had been getting progressively more sore and stiff. It's getting to the point where i can hardly walk. I can't sleep in my bed yet because I can't really get out of it so I've been sleeping in a recliner.  The recliner is very comfortable I just need some advice on how to help ease this back pain. It's like from my epiduralnsite down. Thank you for any tips or advice.
