So here's the facts:

33 y/o woman avoiding pregnancy, no kids.

Period started Nov 3

Ended Nov 8th

Sex on Nov 11th, condom stayed inside after he came, had a good amount of semen in my vagina but don't know if it got far enough. Took plan b alternative "aftera" within 2 hours as precaution. "Fertile window" according to app started on the 13th. Ovulate the 18th.

Today (Nov 17th) have light brown/dark brown discharge, barely spotting and really only visible when I wipe. Very very slight cramping.

Questions:

When can I take a test? What are my chances I'm actually pregnant? I have a Dr appt on Nov 22nd, will it be too soon to get a blood test? HELP!!
