dumb question

So my bf and I just had sex. He can't finish without getting a blowjob so I gave him one. When he came, a little bit got on my shirt that was on the bed and then dripped a bit on the floor. My first question is, if I wipe off the shirt, do I need to worry about semen getting in me? It's an oversized shirt and it got on the inside in the back. Second, how do I get the stain out of the carpet. It's in the guest bedroom at his parents house and they don't know we're sexually active otherwise I'd tell his mom and get help from her.
