Does anyone else find that the closer you get to your due date, the more negative everyone around you gets?

Hey ladies! Im 8 weeks away from having my baby girl in my arms and the more excited my husband and i get, the more negative everyone around us seems to get. Im constantly hearing "just wait until you have a crying baby 24/7" and "your excited for labor?? You really shouldnt be! Its not gonna be fun". You know, obnoxious comments like that. Just in time for my hormones to flip out again too. Are any of you exposed to such irritations? What are your examples and how do you manage?

I hate hearing "you're tired now?! Just wait until that baby comes." Like duh I know that babies wake up a lot but right now it seems like I have no reason to want to sleep all the time and I don't have a cute little baby to stare at when I wake up at 4 in the morning and can't go back to sleep.

The worst I've heard is when I tell people I want a natural no drug birth and they go "you won't be able to handle it. Wait till you are in labor and you are gonna want the drugs. You just won't be able to do it" it's like, FUCK YOU! Maybe I won't but what happened to bringing women up! I'm 8 weeks ago and you already know the future??????!!???  I hate that they just tell me I won't be able.  I'm letting my inner bitch use my pregnancy hormones and I tell them "just because you couldn't doesn't mean I can't".  I know it's mean but I hate when they say that.  Women have had babies naturally and without drugs for ages! Uplift! Not put your negativity towards others. Yah know?  (Sorry had to vent lol thanks for posting this!)

My parents are excited to have another grandchild, always buying him clothes, blankets and other things. My sister are to excited for another baby being around. The only one being negative is my 25 year old brother who still lives with my mother, he is always talking smack because my mother offered to take care of mine and my older sister baby's when were at work or if we wanna go out😒😒. 
But beside that everyone else is every postive. 😄

I keep getting "Oh you'll change your mind while in labor about that epidural. Believe me!"   Or "You think you can't breath now just wait!" I'm almost 33 weeks pregnant....hes big...he does everything he can to stretch....it take my breath away especially since he had sat do high this whole pregnancy... or the best one "I'm worried about you. You shouldn't be this out of breath or this tired all the time..."   again 33 weeks pregnant..... wth.... lol I just take it all with a grain of salt anymore

I don't get too annoyed by the comments because I know I can't control what they say, I just agree and kind of dismiss them.
My step mom tries to force me to do things for the baby even though he isn't here yet. By that I mean getting into sleeping schedules of waking up a lot and little sleep, and she gets pissed if I take a nap. I get having a baby will be hard, but that doesn't mean I have to make myself suffer while I'm pregnant.
