ok I know I missed key days. so I'm not asking about that. but I'm curious they say before af your temp will go down. well. I'm suppose to start in 2 days....WHY aren't my Temps dropping below the coverline...

Sometime your temps stay elevated until the morning af arrives or the morning before ✨👶🏽✨ your not out until she shows
