Almost 6 months and still a "Happy Spitter". When will it end?!?

My LO is almost 6 months and is still spitting up frequently. We don't have any problems with weight gain or discomfort, so we're fairly sure he's just a happy spitter. With that said, when will the constant spit up end?!? I feel like the volume may have gone down, but it's still an every day, multiple times a day affair.

Any momma's gone through this? Any momma's have a happy spitter right now, and is it driving them a little crazy??!!

Yes! It kinda tapered off and has started back up again. Asked his doctor at the last checkup and she said if he wasn't loosing weight and it wasn't a huge amount to just not worry about it. Since we've started him on solids it's just been fun colored spit everywhere 😛

Have you tried infant probiotic drops? My 6 month old was constantly spitting up and her dr recommend mommys bliss infant probiotic drops just once a day in the morning..she spits up a tiny amount maybe once every 3 days now it was a life saver!

Yes! I wish it would end😅she spits up several times each feeding! We go through so many bib and outfit changes and constantly wiping her down😩

All babies are different but I think it begins to taper off at about 6 months for most.... 😊

My little one rarely spat up until the last couple of weeks. It's now a daily thing. Even spits up solids. Not a lot though and his weight is fine.

Yes! Still like 4 times with each feeding! Ugh...I am so tired of it!

Yes! My LO does the same. It drives me crazy because it seems to happen most frequently in public at the most awkward time. I'm just glad it doesn't seem to bother her. At her 6 month appointment the Dr. said she is perfectly fine and it will stop eventually.
