when can I try again

I just experienced a miscarriage I was only just over 4 weeks so they call it a chemical pregnancy, I am wondering when can we try again ? I got pregnant first try and was so excitied started bleeding retook a test today and came back negative. Totally devasted I have an ultrasound the 28th to make sure everything is out of my uterus and getting blood work to see if my levels are dropping which I'm sure they are 😔 we really wanted a baby so do I wait awhile or do I try again end of the month?
