yeast infection

Hello ladies! So I usually get my period the 22/23 of every month. I recently got a yeast infection used the 7 day treatment from Walgreens. I now have a pinkish discharge that looks like blood mixed with the lotion cream they give you. And now today it looks like straight blood (not normal period blood) is this typical with yeast infections? I've never gotten one before so I am curious to know if this is normal!
