I was contemplating donating some of my breastmilk freezer stash and was wondering what people do if they don't qualify for breastmilk donation. My reason is that I was diagnosed with HPV 5 years ago (which is gone now) and I lived in Germany for more than 5 years (apparently puts me at a higher risk for mad cow disease 🙄). Obviously my baby is doing great and he has been breastfed for over 8 months now. Is there any other way I would be able to donate my breastmilk without such harsh qualifications or will my breastmilk go to waste? Thanks in advance for any input! :)
