How many cups of water do you average daily?!

So last week when I went to my doctor I told her I drink 5ish cups a day. She said I should drink more but didn't specify how much more. So now I've been drinking a lot maybe around 9-10 and a girl at work yelled at me because I could be drinking too much?! What is he key number 8?! 😑🙄

Just keep drinking lol. I have an issue with fighting dehydration. I constantly have headaches and I get to a point where I have enough fluid and then it's bed time... and over the night I get super dehydrated...and the battle starts all over again

The recommended amount is 96 oz a day which is about 3 large McDonald's cups of water a day, sometimes 4.

I try for at least 2 liters of water. Some days are better than others but I still keep trying. I've been in the hospital once for dehydration because of how much I was throwing up. The doctor said that 2 liters was good especially with drinking electrolyte water.

8 is the number I've slways been told, but I struggle to drink more then 7. Too much water can be very bad for you.

You're not drinking too much. Everyone SHOULD be drinking a gallon of water a day, pregnant or not. My OB told me that's how much I should be drinking but she knows that very few people actually drink that much water. So no, 9-10 cups is not gonna hurt you. 😊

I drink almost 2 gallons of water every 24 hours (I wake up thirsty so continue to drink throughout the night.) as long as you're using the bathroom often and not retaining all of it you're fine(: pregnancy causes horrible acne for me but I've found drinking ALOT of water is helping so much(:

I drink about a gallon and a half a day. A gallon is usually what is recommended for pregnant women but it also goes by your weight and activitie level. Like for me I am pretty active so I need more than what is recommended.
