NAIL IN MY FOOT!!

Hey everyone so earlier while helping my boyfriend find a shovel I stepped on a nail that was rusty and it went into my foot! Not so far where I had to pull it out myself but it did draw some blood. It's sore and my foot is a bit swollen ( I've been walking on it since ) so I'm resting now. He cleaned it out with some antiseptic with alcohol in it. & some antibacterial cream On it and just poured some more of that antiseptic since I've been walking around and the bandaid came off. I think I'm up to date with my tetanus considering this is my not even 2 years out of school. And less than a year out of college ? So I'm not freakin out about it so what do y'all think?? I read a lot of doctor don't want to give tetanus shots anyway?? BTW I AM 30 weeks 1D
