Cramps normal at 37wks??

I've been having some cramps right across my lower bump, the pain radiates to my back, and I wanted to know if anyone has had them and everything turned out fine, or is it something to worry about? I've been having braxton hicks too, but these cramps are more painful 😞 thank you ladies

I had the same cramping the other day and actually went to the hospital over it, they told me it's completely normal especially so far along because everything is stretching and baby is pushing down. They told me to drink a bunch of water and it will help with the cramping

Dr told me today since this is my first that painful cramps are normal and lower back pain is normal bc our bodies are slowly preparing for labor and it takes time more time than if this was our second or third bc by that time out bodies are already used to this change and dont have to change a whole lot compared to being our first and our bodies changing so dramatically. I've been having bad back pain and contractions since Thursday and saw Dr today I'm dilated at a loose 2 cm and she expects me to keep dilating it's all part of the process mama 😊❤
