I lost my 18mth old and I am not ok. I haven't been..I can't lose it. I have too many little people counting on me..

Girl. You lost a child. Lose it. You need to. Honestly, you do. It'll help you grieve. When my sister died my mom couldn't hold it in any longer and she went for a drive and parked somewhere and just screamed and cried. You won't lose it for long. But you need to do it. It'll help you take care of all the people depending on you. You need to take care of yourself if you're going to take care of other people.

Sweetheart you do whatever it is you need to do to be halfway ok.  You will never fully recover from this because that is a part of you that is gone.  I know what you're feeling because I just lost my sweet baby boy on the 9th of this month.  He was my first and only child. Everyday it's difficult for me to even get out of bed but I do.  It's this way Every day.. I get up and talk to my baby because I know he hears me... I scream and cry and whatever else.  You have to.. You need to.  My body is crying out for what it's missing and so is yours so let it out.  I'll be praying for your strength throughout this process.
