TMI. I got this brown stain jelly like discharge through out the day today. 29 weeks. Checked with doctor couple days ago, she says my cervix is soft, and slightly open outside but closed inside. Does this brownish discharge can be my mucus plug?

I had the same discharge  my cervix is soft also when at 26 weeks for preterm labor I'm in bedrest just taking it easy u should do the same I'm now 30 weeks and 4 days

Could be a piece of it. I wouldn't worry to much especially since they checked you a couple days ago it could have just knocked some of it loose. If your worried I would call but if you aren't having any signs of labor I wouldn't be to concerned
