any good Casserole recipes!?

Question

Does anyone have any good casserole recipes? I love to cook and bake but have actually never made a casserole. 😬 🙈 I'm wanting some things that are easy to throw together since I have an 18 month old and am 23 weeks along with baby #2 and on top of that I coach high school cheerleading and just started coaching a 1st and 2nd grade basketball team.

We call this "the usual" at our house because we have it so often. We love it. So easy. I suggest just cutting the chicken up rather than keeping them as whole breasts! Yum!

Pinterest is my friend with this! I will be working my butt off next month putting together slow cooker meals and casseroles for when baby gets here. I wish my freezer was bigger but since my mom works in town I bet I can send a few up to her chest freezer and she can bring a couple down when I'm running low. 
Though I'm thankful my husband is saving up his paid sick and paid vacation days so he can take a couple weeks off to help me after giving birth. With our older three I am going to be virtually useless for a while! Plus he's a great cook and knows how to cook a healthy meal besides hamburger helper.

This is my favorite! Tastes like thanksgiving. 
HOT DISH3 C Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix1/2 C butter2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup1 13oz can evaporated milk3 cups (or 2 breasts) cut up chicken (cooked)2 TBSP chopped onion1 small jar pimento (drained) *optional* 1 10oz pkg frozen peas & carrotsCombine stuffing and butter (melted) into a bowl. Press about 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of the 9X13  pan as the "crust." In another bowl, combined the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Pour on top of stuffing, then cover with the remaining stuffing. Bake @ 350 for 45 min-1 hour.

Chicken Casserole is always an easy go to for us.

Shredded Chicken (Can either use chicken breast or canned chicken for a quickie) 
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (optional)
1 Can Cream of Celery
1 Can Cream of Chicken 
1 Box Stove Too Stuffing
Butter

Prepare chicken, shred and mix together with soup.

Make stove top stuffing according to directions on box (I use the chicken broth for the water)

Layer the chicken/soup mixture in a casserole dish and then spread the stove top stuffing on top. Cut a few slices of butter and place on top of stuffing.

Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes.
