No more sex ed???

Question

I've been on this site for 3 days and it seems like almost every other post is an uneducated teen (and a lot of preteens) having sex when they don't even know anything about sex.
Tonight I have read 8 posts saying something along the lines of "he wore a condom, he pulled out , he didn't even cum" and girls asking if they could be pregnant. 
Do parents not give sex talks anymore? 
This is just so sad.

Sex doesn't make you pregnant. 
Penises don't make you pregnant.
Touching a man doesn't get you pregnant.

SPERM MAKES YOU PREGNANT. IF SPERM WAS NO WHERE NEAR YOUR VAGINA YOU CANNOT GET PREGNANT.

I just want to cry for all of these girls who have no idea about sex besides the fact that a penis goes in a vagina and it feels good.

Stop having sex until you get a little education. 
If your parents won't talk to you about it... head over to google. Learn everything you need to know !

I have read a lot of posts like this as well and some of them sound to me like it's just trolls trying to get a rise out of people. This sucks because while everyone is commenting on the girl who thinks cum on her jeans will get her pregnant is getting tons of comments and other people with legit questions get ZERO 😤😤

I live in Ontario, Canada and last year they updated the sex Ed curriculum for the first time since 1995. People were out in droves protesting against their children learning things other than the abstinence only method. I wanted to scream. There is so much young people are learning through porn and online from various, often pretty uncredible, sources instead of in an educational setting allowing questions to be voiced and answered by informed, fully educated, adults who are trained how to cover the various topics gently and with thought for those who don't conform the the typical norms.

I am grateful that my mother taught me about sex. I can't remember anything about my sex ed in school. I wish we had more comprehensive sex education in schools. Especially when kids these days are having sex at 11 or 12! 😷 and I wish we could do away with abstinence only teachings because it is unrealistic and dangerous.

My mother never talked to me about sex, unfortunately. So when I decided I was going to have sex at 19, I thoroughly educated myself on the subject by researching all birth control methods on planned parenthood's website. Up until then, I didn't even know that the reason why people stop having sex was because the guy would cum! Imagine that! However I don't feel resentment towards my mom; I'm attributing her not wanting to talk to me about it because she grew up in a conservative country where everyone has to go to catholic school, and talking about pleasure and sex is taboo. But I take it as a lesson and I will make sure that my children will be educated on sex so that when they are older, they can make responsible and informed decisions.

Maybe you should go to your settings and select the age group you want to see posts from.... you can make it to where you only see post from older people...

While I do agree that it's sad kids aren't properly educated on sex and reproduction, I would rather they ask in a safe environment. There is a wide range of humans on here who for the most part (aside from those you just tell the girls they're stupid for not knowing) give good sound advice. Obviously it's best that these kids are educated through legitimate resources, but that's not a reality for all of them. If you type a lot of what these questions these girls are asking into google you'll get pages like "yahoo answers" which 9 times out of 10 have terrible answers. So yes it's annoying sometimes to see those posts, but better to offer them real advice than leaving them in the dark. Just my opinion.

My brothers ex really thought giving a blow job could get her pregnant if she swallowed because the sperm would get in her pee and then when she would wipe it would get inside her. She was around 25 at the time. This was about 10 years ago so I don't think it's a new issue. Sex Ed has sucked for a while.
