9 days late.. should I get a test???!

So my guy and I went on vacation the end of October.. it worked out that I got my period before we went and I think I even was ovulating on our 8 day trip. Have to say we probably weren't as careful as we normally are. Since I'm not on the pill my periods have always been a little bit off.. not sure if I'm over reacting or should I go buy a text!??
