why don't I finish my food?

I do get hungry like a regular pregnant woman does but most of the time I can't finish my meals. They're not even big meals.

i have the same problem but it's because like i get completely turned off by the good somehow and want nothing else to do with it

I have the exact same! I'm a big girl and I can eat lol. But for the past month or so I've been eating once a day with maybe a snack on the evening. My portion sizes are small and I get super full of the smallest bits. I went to the gp and she weighed me and I've lost 1st one 3lb since my first pregnancy weight check. She said to me just eat more nutrient enriched food been as your having less... I also try and drink as much vitamin/mineral water as possible. Xx
