CPS/divorce? help!

Question

I live at home with my parents and they smoke in the house with my 2 month old baby being in the next room. Not only that but the house is filled with 3 dogs which entails to dog fur, piss and shit everywhere and I'm the ONLY one to clean it up and it gets dirty every single day so I just get tired of it. If CPS is called, will they take my baby away?

Also, my ex boyfriend and his mother want me to move in with them for a safer environment for me and my baby, would this affect my divorce if caught? I can't live like this and make my baby do the same.

I think you need to get your own place that you are in control of . You can't rely on others to provide a safe environment for your child that's your job

Cps might not take him away but it could cause problems for you. I would move with them.

I don't think they would take Baby but you need to move! Second hand smoke is very harmful and the pet pollution only adds to the unclean air. Put your baby first! Oh well if it affects your divorce (it won't)! Make sure wherever you go knows it's only temporary and do whatever it takes to get your own place.
