can you get two fall back rises?? please respond!

I had two dips one on 4dpo and one on 6dpo. I don't know if the last one was an implantation dip maybe?

Any thoughts ?

It's possible! I'm currently 9weeks pregnant and this was my chart the month we conceived. When my temp dropped the night I got my bfp, I panicked and called my ob office for an hcg and progesterone test. Both numbers were fine. Good luck!
