First month tracking BBT- need help!
Hi! So this is my first month tracking and I'm so confused because I feel like the temperature fluctuates a lot. Any one have any insight? Do you think I could have ovulated early since there was a spike already?

You should temp your entire cycle. Temps will vary during the first half of your cycle. Just ensure you are taking your temp first thing in the morning after a solid 3-4 hours sleep. And keep the thermometer next to you so you don't need to get up to take your temp. Try not to over analyze (I know it's hard!) your chart. It's not used for predicting things like ovulation, it's useful to look back on.

Keep doing it every day at like the same time after the same amount of sleep (if possible). You're not really looking for daily changes (except when you o), but try looking for patterns and trends. You're really just gathering baseline data to help you interpret what your body is doing.
