Pregnant with PCOS??

Question

I'm so excited that my fertile window started today(woo hoo). But I'm also concerned about having another miscarriage. Have any ladies with PCOS had a healthy 9 months. If and when I do get a bfp, I want to sustain this next pregnancy. Anyone else in the same boat?

I have pcos and hypothyroidism and I had a healthy pregnancy (I did have gestational diabetes, but no other problems.) My son is now 10 weeks old!

I got pregnant after losing weight. I've not had my baby yet but I'm 21 weeks!!! Just don't stress too much! With this one I told EVERYONE as fast as I could and I just kept telling myself that I wouldn't miscarry. And I actually believed I wouldn't!! And I just slept. OH DID I SLEEP!!! Can't stress when you're asleep!! 😃

I was on the pill when I got pregnant with my first all was good with that pregnancy she's now four. Then two years ago when we started trying I had a miscarriage since then I've lost weight and had to be put on femara to get pregnant. I wasn't ovulating so I saw a specialist who told me this would be my only option, second cycle of femara I got pregnant and I'm now 7 weeks today. This pregnancy has gone further than when I had the miscarriage and we heard the heartbeat at 5w3d so I'm feeling very hopeful about this pregnancy. Good luck to you!!
