Bruised Cervix?

I'm no doctor but after much research, I'm self diagnosing myself with a bruised cervix. After having sex last night (a little rushed I may add) I started having pretty bad cramps. Almost like menstrual cramps. Has anyone experienced this and how long does it take to heal? I'm assuming there's not much I can do to make it better. ☹️

This has happened to me! Just give yourself some time to heal. For me, right at the end, my fiancé got a little too excited and went waaay farther in that my vagina could take. I felt him hit my cervix and after sex I had shooting pains in my cervix and cramps. It'll go away, just tell him to be more careful next time and wait until you feel better to go at it again.

I had rough sex last night, and immediately after I had pain in my lower stomach..I assumed maybe the S/O went to deep as he is really really long..weird I wonder what causes it
