advice on how to help the swelling in your feet?

My feet have been killing me, and their swollen, I'm 23w & 3days. Anyone else?

I second the compression stockings. You can get them in the pharmacy area at Walmart. And elevate.

As stated, elevation above your heart is key! I use to lay upside down in my bed with my whole leg up the walls!!!!! Or laying on your back if you can get comfy that way, with a few extra pillows under them. As well as investing in compression socks/ted hose. I got mine from a hospital, but most pharmacy have them. They are a life saver when they swell to the point of hurting!

Drink lots of cold water and elevate your feet. Also if you have a nice hubby/boyfriend a foot rub or two really helps.

I'm over 32 weeks and my feet have not been swollen once. Maybe you should get your blood pressure checked.
