Increased Anxiety linked to Skyla

I recently got my IUD replaced. I had had a Mirena for 5 years and loved it. This time around, I decided to go for the Skyla. It's now been a little over a month (got it inserted 09/30), and I've been experiencing debilitating anxiety problems that have sent me to the ER twice with heart palpitations and uncontrollable tremors. I haven't had any bad attacks since, but I have a constant underlying feeling of anxiousness, a lump in my throat, difficulty swallowing, nausea, loss of appetite (I want to eat but I literally can't), and vertigo.
