BBT Temp Time???

So when it comes to BBT. Which is better or more accurate? Consistency (taking temp at same time everyday) or amount of sleep (taking temp after 4-5 hrs straight sleep) I know it should be both but we don't live in a perfect world 😂
I sometimes have restless sleep where I briefly wake up at like 3, 4, 5am then just go back to sleep. Don't get outta bed. Just look at phone "oh I can sleep 2 more hrs yay!" and go back to bed. I don't get UP till 6am. So I've been temping everyday at 6am. That's when I get up for work. Even on weekends I set alarm, temp and go back to bed. 
But my question is what about the days I wake up for a moment a few hours before I normally do. Should I temp then or just go back to sleep and temp at 6am???
I tested it out today and my temp was .48 degrees different at those times. So which should I use for today's BBT ??? 🤔
Went to bed at 11:30pm
Briefly woke up at 4:30 (5hrs sleep) temp was 97.70
Went back to sleep till 6:00 (slept 1.5hrs) temp was 98.18
What the heck??? So confused as to which one to use now. It makes my chart WAY different. I'm afraid if I use the 6am time it was so freaking high it'll drop tomorrow and doesn't show that I O'd. But maybe the 4:30am one is really lower than it shoulda been today. Confused!! 🤔
