folic acid tablets
I have no idea where to post this but I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I have been told that I have to take folic acid tablets for the baby but they make me feel so sick and I know it's the tablets because I didn't take it today and I feel fine... any advice or what I can do to stop feeling sick while taking them? Much love 😘
