how soon can you take a test?

Hi all,

I'm new to all this. I'm 28 and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for 18months now. It's been such heartache each month. This month I have had such a strong feeling and ticking all the symptom boxes. I want to take a pregnancy test soon but I'm around 5days away from AF. Can anyone recommend any? And any massive tell tell signs I should be keeping an eye out for

You would be best waiting until af doesn't show, I know it's hard but it's just a waste of tests if you do. I tested the day before and got a negative but the next day af didn't show and I got my positive! Good luck

Best to wait until you're due!
If you're tracking ov than I'd say no earlier than 12dpo
Some woman get pos earlier but you're also more likely to get a false negative or pick up a chem preg
