Who uses the cup?

Hey ladies! Been thinking about trying out the menstrual cups. Sometimes my cycle is so light that I don't even need a light tampon (so its uncomfortable to remove) and liners either just make me feel extra hot down there, or the friction is just plain irritating. I only ever wear undies when I have my period anyways.
So if anyone uses the cup, I'd love to hear your thoughts / advice!

I use a diva cup and I'm in love with it. I'll never go back to pads or tampons. It's a little tricky to get in but once you master that it is smooth sailing from there.

Cups are the best thing for period health. I tend to have 2 days of heavy bleeding and 3 days for spotting. Cups are perfect for this because you can leave them in for up to 12 hours and are super easy to use. Be patient at first, there is a learning curve but after you master that you won't look back.
