I've been pretty skeptical about the cup, you guys. Was never really interested in it. That is, until now. Some people swear by it. My question is: how easy is it to use? Does it get messy when you have to empty it out in public settings? Also, I heard it shortens periods sometimes and mine lasts SEVEN days. Has this happened to you? Please tell me anything and everything.
