get this baby out! anyone tried PR oil/ capsules?

38+4 and got so much back pain need this little guy out! Can't get a sweep until 40+5 so I'm trying everything i can. Sex/pineapple gives me mild BH. Anyone started primrose oil tablets this late, and what works best orally or inserting them?

I did the evening primrose oil gel caps with my first. I didn't know at the time you could do them orally and vaginally together so I just did them vaginally. I think I did two capsules every night. I started at 36 weeks and my water broke at 38 weeks. This time around I am doing it both vaginally and orally. I also walked everyday, bounced on my exercise ball and did squats. I didn't even really do any of this to go into labor. I did it to help have an easier labor. Which it did help that too. I had a 13 hour labor and pushed for 30 minutes max.
