So here is my situation. This might be TMI for some people.  I made the choice to start the nuvaring but I had to wait until I started my period to start. After I started and I put the ring in, the blood turned brownish and it's only the first day of my period. Has this happened to any of you when starting a hormonal birth control? Is this normal?
