How many days late should my period be before I worry?

Me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex  and use the pullout method. My period is 4 days late, and I'm starting to worry, but don't know if it's time to start 100% freaking out yet.
How many days without my period should I begin to really worry that I might be pregnant?

I am currently in the same boat. I'm about a week late and I took a test yesterday that was negative. Personally I wait until the period was expected to end.

After the 38 or 45th my boyfriend didnt think I preg till I hit 40th day late now im scared to know cause my body and periods have never been normal

Wait for few more days or take a test now to ease your mind. Pregnancy isnt only reason why period is late. There are many factors that cause her to be late such as rapid weight loss or weight gain, change of enviroment, stress at work (getting fired, starting a brand new job or simply just working in stressful work enviroment), maybe you were ill and took antibiotics, you had a change in diet, hormonal imbalance, etc.. 
Dont jump to conclusions just yet. Take a test, if it is negative and your period still doesnt arrive in upcoming week visit the doctor and do some blood test (it will confirm that you are not pregnant and maybe find out what is causing her to be late) :)
