Craziest old wives tale you've ever heard?

Hey mommies...my baby is a month old and my mom cant stop giving me stupid advice. Her latest one last night was blow air into babys soft spot if shes choking on milk..i was like...wtf? Im certified in infant and adult cpr and im also a Physical therapist...but my mom insists her advice os better than my years of education. Whats some of the craziest advice family members have given you?
