Menstrual Cups??

Question

Anyone used menstrual cups before? I just started using mine and the first day was amazing but ever since then I just can't seem to get it right and it keeps leaking.... any advice?

I love my menstrual cup! Make sure when you put it in you are sitting down and check to see if the cup had completely opened up. Usually do that by running your finger around it making sure there are no dents or bumps it should be completely round to prevent leaking. If that doesn't work google 'menstrual cup quiz' take the quiz and it should help you find the perfect cup!

Sometimes the cup doesn't open up all the way and may cause leakage. After insertion, you may need to insert a finger into your vagina and push the walls to make sure that it had opened. Or rotate the cup and you may feel it open up that way.

For me, on heavier days, it does leak after several hours, so it's an indicator that I need to empty the cup. Hope this helps!
