Croup?

So my 6 1/2 month old daughter woke up crying late last night and it sounded like she was congested. Her breathing was all raspy. This morning when she woke up, she had a fever and it sounded like her congestion got worse. I gave her Children's Tylenol and it brought the fever down. I also bought nasal drops because her nose sounds really clogged up but that didn't do much. Now she has a cough which I'm assuming hurts her cause she cries so much. I looked it up online and all her symptoms matched up the Croup. Have any other moms gone through this? Is there something I can do to help her? Her insurance is in the process of getting fixed so I don't have the money to take her to a doctor. :(
