organic raspberry leaf tea
Just bought some, am going to drink three cups tonight or until af shows. (I'm a bit over a week late and got a negative pregnancy test result yesterday)

Update: had some yellow/brown discharge last night and woke up to red when I wiped. Very light so far, almost like spotting. (which I've never really known if I've experienced that exactly or not)
My periods almost always start out very slowly though, taking one or two days to fully come down red. I've just been stressing plus this period was ten days late.
