WHAT DO I DO!?!

Presents for him so my boyfriend is a very hard working man. I recently had to quit my job because we make too much money to get an apartment together. His birthday is jan. 3rd right around the corner from christmas. Lile i said i dont have a job. And when i do get one i want to help him with bills. But i dont know how i can afford to get him anything for christmas this year or his birthday because of bills. I want to get him things he wants and needs. Not little$5 things here and there.. He wants a ps4, a drum set, an xbox1, a tv or expensive shoes and clothes. I dont know what to do cause even if i get a job today i still couldnt afford that stuff by then.. I want him to be happy. Its his first christmas and birthday not with his family or friends. I moved him 800 miles away. I know he misses them and is gonna have a crappy christmas. What should i do. I dont wanna just talk to him and tell him ill make it up to him later. I feel like that would be horriable! I did that last year. But i gave it all to him on his birthday.
